The love story of Scott and Nataliya began in 2021.

Scott is from Virginia, USA, and Nataliya is from Kharkiv, Ukraine. When Scott registered with the agency, Nataliya was working in Germany. They exchanged a few letters and soon agreed to meet in Munich.

I can confidently say that when two people have genuine interest in each other, real attraction, and a true connection, they don’t even need to speak the same language. Nataliya’s level of English was basic, yet they never felt a language barrier. Of course, they sometimes used an online translator.

After spending a few days together in Munich, Nataliya suggested that Scott visit her home city of Kharkiv so he could see her life and meet her family. When they arrived in Kharkiv, Scott proposed to Nataliya.

This is a love story of two mature people who clearly understood that they had already found what they were looking for and did not want to let each other go.

Scott then had to return to the USA to prepare the necessary marriage documents. One week later, he returned to Kharkiv to pick up Nataliya, and together they traveled to the beautiful city of Odesa, where they dreamed of having a wedding by the sea. Because Scott was a foreigner, they chose the fastest possible marriage procedure, and their wedding took place within 24 hours.

The ceremony happened on a beautiful August day by the sea in 2021.

After Scott returned to the USA, Nataliya applied for her visa, which they waited for long ten months. During this time, Scott traveled to Europe almost every month to see Nataliya.

For me, this couple is a living example that love knows no borders, cultural differences, or language barriers. The most important thing is to meet the right partner, the one whose hand you take and never want to let go.
