Helping people become healthier is both my life’s mission and a source of joy for me. As a physician specializing in nutrition, I help people improve their health and feel more youthful. Because of the war, I had to close my clinic in Kyiv, Ukraine. I now live in Budva, Montenegro and work online. Over the course of my career, I have written many scientific articles and taught at a medical university. I am open and sincere. In any relationship, communication matters to me: I believe we should be able to talk things through and discuss what is on our minds.

These days, I enjoy living at a slower pace, taking in the beauty of nature around me and finding time to relax. Sometimes, when I feel a burst of emotion, I paint a picture. If my friends like my paintings, I give them as gifts. I exercise to stay in shape and have a certification as a shaping fitness instructor. I love skiing, swimming in the sea and dancing salsa and bachata. I have an eye for beauty. I love beautiful tableware and accessories and clothes. I play the piano and sing. I take vocal lessons. I enjoy visiting museums, going to the opera, theatre and watching films. I travel a lot, especially by car.

I enjoy my own company and I am not looking for someone to keep me entertained but I would still love to find someone with whom I can share life’s joys and simply love. I hope to meet a man who values sincere communication, family and harmony, a man who cares for himself and is able to love the woman by his side. I value thoughtfulness and a grounded outlook on life.
